1. Who we are
Tripnovac DB (Tripnovac Database) is operated by Alpha Libra LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website, web dashboard, mobile apps (iOS / Android), and API.
2. Data we collect
We collect account data (name, email, organization), authentication and security events, billing identifiers (Stripe for web; App Store / Google Play transaction identifiers for mobile subscriptions), API usage logs, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide the Service, authenticate users, process payments and restore entitlements, enforce plan limits, detect abuse, send transactional emails, and improve reliability.
4. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Tripnovac DB account in the mobile or web app under Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data we are not legally required to retain. Deleting your account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions — manage or cancel those in your device store account (Apple subscriptions).
5. Processors
We use processors such as Stripe (web billing), Apple and Google (mobile in-app purchases), email providers, hosting providers, and error monitoring providers.
